1.3 Payment/ Tax

There will be a 7% sales tax added to orders shipped within Rhode Island.

1.4 Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from pH Factor!

 

  • However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, we will gladly accept returns of non-sale merchandise within 14 days of delivery of goods. Sale items as well as apothecary items such as oils, lotions, candles, and soaps are not returnable. All merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packaging with all tags attached. All goods must be intact, unworn or unused, in original condition and with all attached tags, specific packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and/or shoe boxes. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and the refund will be refused.

 

  • Original shipping/ handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • We suggest using UPS, FedEx, or USPS for returning any merchandise, and recommend retaining the tracking number of your return package. pH Factor is not responsible for return shipping costs on merchandise sent back to us. We also recommend that you include a copy of your receipt in the return box. We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 

  • Returns should be shipped to: pH Factor, 780 Hope Street, Providence, RI 02906. Returns are processed within five business days of receipt of returned goods. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.

 

  • Of course, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to call us at 401-272-0020 if you have any questions or concerns about your order or a return.
1.5 Shipping

We typically ship via USPS, unless otherwise requested. Please contact us if you would like your order shipped via a different carrier, or if you would like to add any special services (such as insurance, or if a require signature). We only ship within the continental United States.

 

 

1.6 Shipping Rates

We currently offer flat rate shipping of $6.99 priority mail (USPS and Post Office), which includes $50.00 insurance and tracking. Orders above $100.00 USD will receive free shipping.
